Friends, I have following questions.
When I quit my current job and join new firm -
1) My OLD employer submits form U5 to the FINRA / State Registrar. Right ?
2) After I join the NEW firm - My NEW Employer submits which form with FINRA ?
3) After I join the NEW firm - Do I re-fill the form U4 ? Or Amendment ??
4) Do I take any form from OLD employer and give it to NEW employer ? (stupid question)
i think: old employer files u-5, new employer or you, depending on firm structure, file u-4, after u-5 is ok'd?
