FP&A --> IB/PE

Dear Friends,
I want to share with you my thoughts and ask for advice.

Almost 2 years I have spent in Accenture back office on position Client Financial Management (Managerial Accounting). To be honest this experience was a shit and is poorly transferable...
Finally I quit it and accepted the offer from local FMCG firm on FP&A position. I am super happy to move from Managerial Accounting to Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance!
The one thing, the contract is for 1 year only. Advise me please how to spend this year the most effectively, to quit the firm as good candidate for transaction analyst for investment fund or bank? What skills will allow me smooth transition to IB or PE? Thank you! ❤
