What do fringe benefits look like at EBs? Quality of insurance plans, lunch and dinner stipends, transportation back home late at night, others? Not really sure what these look like so any insight would be appreciated

Premium credit cards such as what?
The only "premium" that I can think of that would even be offered is JP Morgan Reserve.
I mean they're pretty standard - good insurance, $30/dinner, transportation back home.
Depending on the EB, they do splurge more on social events but YMMV.
