Does it work similarly for PEs too? Do recruiters/headunters reach out to the candidate directly?
Yeah, it does PE or HF recruiting can’t say you’ll get your pick of the Fund but if your coming from a BB like Goldman, or JPMorgan or a top notch EB you might fare better.
