From marketing to banking - please rip my resume apart!
I'm a recent college grad with experience in law & marketing and I want to go into finance, specifically getting a job at a HF or IB. It would mean the WORLD to me if someone with experience could take a look at my resume and give me some advice! It doesn't matter how harsh you are, I just want to make it as perfect as I possibly can!
Additionally, can anyone give me some advice on writing a cover letter explaining a shift from marketing to finance?

You're going to need to get started in another financial field before you make it to banking or HF. If you are serious about the transition, and don't mind working extremely hard feel free to PM me and I can give you some advice as to what I have been doing to get noticed.
