FT Early Start BB NYC - HR Not Responding

Incoming FT here: my contract states that I am set to start in Feb, but that I was going to be informed of the specific start date in "early January." I've been filling out all the forms and stuff but every time I need help or something isn't clear, I reach out to HR for assistance through all forms of communication, yet no one responds. I'm starting to get a bit concerned because it's interfering with my planning: no idea when I'm starting nor if I'll be remote and literally no one is responding to my emails. What am I supposed to do? Just be a sitting duck?

Don't be too worried yet, people are busy and just suck at email in general. If it gets to the end of January and they still aren't responding, I'd genuinely suggest raising it someone or trying to make a phone call directly to the person involved. Otherwise, just wait it out. If you genuinely have an offer in hand and they aren't responding at all through the projected start date, then there's definitely a problem there

I have a signed offer in hand and everything, I was told I'd be given more info in early Jan but we are approaching mid Jan and I have few details. On the other hand, I think I'm going to have to redo my placement. How does that work? I thought I'd just go into the group I summer'd into but now I'm starting to scratch my head a bit.
