From my experience, they are pretty much the same with regards to the technicals...valuation, accounting, etc. The biggest difference is that there are a lot more interviews that occur for full-time recruiting, a superday could have 7-8 interviews in a day compared to about 3 for summer analysts. During FT, there is probably more of an emphasis of company fit - i.e. why specifically this company, where do you see yourself 5 years in the future - than what you would see at a summer level.

 

Not literally three, but definitely not as many as FT. Expect 4-6 1 on 1, 2 on 1, or even 3 on 1's for SA. Definitely more emphasis on fit and culture in FT.

Aren't SA's a bit less technical? That's the impression that I've gotten, but I might be wrong.
