FT Offer before End of Summer?
I want to do FT recruiting at another bank. Are there any banks that give out FT offers to those coming from other banks before the end of summer?

I have never heard of this happening and it doesn't make any logical sense as to why it would.
I saw some comments on other threads about getting offers before the summer ending but they didn’t say what firms they were
Unless someone is consistently shitting the bed, and they already wrote a person off weeks before the internship ends, or they don't offer as many interns as full time (almost every bank has enough), then it wouldn't happen. Extremely rare, and not something you should be targeting.

Unlikely, most banks start FT after SA offers are given and they have a sense of numbers.
