Heard usually somewhere between 80-100% of base even with the new base raise. Analysts clear somewhere between 250 to 280 (110-140 bonus and 140 base) all in but it is major sweat. Like 80-100 work weeks but not where you get down time to work on comments. It's deliverables non stop. Associate 1's there clear 400 usually is what I've seen. 200 base plus 200 bonus. Sometimes even more than that for top performers.

Cannot stress how sweaty this place is haha. They really do get paid, but they work absolutely terrible hours, and analysts earn every penny. I’m at a “sweaty” bank and I don’t work anything close to FTP hours.

If you’ve ever seen their materials it makes sense. Was on the buyside for a deal they were selling and saw the CIM, thing was like 250 pages of just graphs and charts. Data in there that no one could possibly need and you can see why the analysts there are dying
