FT Partners filling their SA 23 already??
They’ve been having superdays already and I haven’t even applied yet… am I screwed? Networked pretty well but no one told me how expedited their process is this year.

Do you know anyone who has heard back from their superday?
Networking doesn't matter for FT. I'm non targ non div and last year I cold applied on their website and got first round w/o networking. Knew another kid from my same non target who also got one w/o networking also. Got to their final round too (the round after the superday where you talk to a senior MD). HR there sucks balls and they take forever to move you through process. Ghosted me too after I told them about exploding offers
Update: just got called and extended an offer today

Diverse male from target (not H/W/S tho), MD emailed me Sat morning and gave me a verbal offer later, I told him I had some superdays next week so maybe that’s why they got back so soon
Given they recently gave out their last offers from last years recruiting cycle, I wouldn’t worry about it.
Lots of people Renege on them, recruiting should go on for a while
Dawg applications for summer 2022 were literally still up a couple weeks ago💀💀. They might start early, but spots constantly open up for them
I was interviewing at FT well into the fall a few years back. They are trying to recruit a lot earlier than that nowadays.
Got the hirevue two weeks ago and then got rejected after a week
Got the cognitive assessment + hirevue last Friday, they must still be recruiting?
I have a superday scheduled later this week, anybody know how long it takes for them to get back to you with an offer?
Also have an interview scheduled with an MD at the superday, do I still need to do the final round with senior MD post-superday?
For me I just had first round and then superday
