They tailor the interview on a candidate by candidate basis. Very easy tho, i didnt prep and still passed.

FT has a very long recruiting process that is run from the US office. You just have to wait.

Ditto I had 2 half an hour zooms, I was more trying to distinguish between the first-round screening calls and the second round AC that some people seem to have done

i only interviewed last week, i guess the timeline is less structured? or maybe I'm dinged at this point lol
