Does anyone have any insight about what the FT Partners Online Assessment through SparkHire entails for 2021 FT? What types of questions will be asked? Is it all just behavioral?

It's essentially a CCAT exam, similar to what Vista does. Wouldn't say there's any good way to prepare beyond expanding your vocabulary and being better at pattern recognition, so you might as well just take it
I think its a one-way video interview not a CCAT exam.
