Long hours, deal quality improving from new seniors. Good platform in fintech, but keep in mind if you don’t want to be in tech / fintech long term probably not a fit. Also would keep in mind bonus clawbacks and no protected saturdays (one protected weekend a month)

 

heard exits were shit, long long hours ala 3 am nights, and comp was deferred/clawed back (wtf)? would take any MM over ftp tbh. 

 

roommate works there, comp is not deferred. 3am nights are very frequent. from linkedin exits this year were CD&R, TPG, Stone Point, TA, FTV, etc, I wouldn’t call that shit personally and don’t know what MM has better exits then that but to each their own i guess
