So I landed a SA ‘27 role at a MM think (BNP, BMO, Nomura, Mizuho). I’ve heard its exits are not ideal. I was wondering what the play was? Go for RO and lateral from there? Rerecruit FT after my internship? Can I recruit again if I’ve accepted the return offer or do I have to decline RO and recruit FT? Any help would be lovely!
