FT Recruiting in 2023
I'm about to start my summer analyst role at a tier 2 city and want to make the move to NYC and upgrade banks for exits. However, I'm a bit worried that FT recruiting will not be an option this year given the massive amount of layoffs and the reduced hiring. I haven't started networking yet, but should I even bother doing FT recruiting this year or should I wait it out until the market improves?
