Mid-term review - offer chances fucked?

Hi,

Just had a mid-term review during my internship and were overall told positive things, but that multiple people had given feedback about me needing to align more on work products at the start, to make sure I don't deliver B when A is expected.

1) Do you think my return offer chances are cocked (as it sounded pretty specific and multiple people raised it), even though the other feedback seemed strong (especially on cultural fit, work ethic and technical ability).

2) Do you guys have any tips here? Usually think interpreting communication can be difficult. I am thinking I could reply to all emails where people ask me for stuff with some short bullets, e.g. "Glad to help, will do the below procedure, let me know if any thoughts"
