FT Recruiting Summer 2026
Hello everyone, I wanted to reach out to this group to learn about your thoughts for FT recruiting for summer 2026. I am currently a junior at a super target who knew nothing about IB ((FGLI who didn’t even knew what this was 😔)) until this past summer. I’m currently trying to seek an IB internship for summer 2025 at a smaller firm and trying to recruit for full time roles post grad. Wondering if anyone thinks this is a realistic goal. Delaying graduation is just no realistic for me. I know going to a target helps but I’m worried they’ll already take everyone they want from my school from SA positions. Any advice on timeline, chances to boost my odds in the game. Anything helps. If it helps I’m an economics major and an URM (though for IB I know this isn’t helpful)
