FT recruitment without an RO
how does this work? at a NY BB but currently recruiting for SF MMs in entirely different coverage groups for personal reasons, could I just lie and say I got an RO? Or would they check?

They check lol. Famous case of this during our PE hiring process some kid lied about his summer. Was at a great bank FT, could’ve said he didn’t get return and we wouldn’t care. This stuff will fuck you down the line.
