FTP 2022

Anyone have any updated intel on FT Partners in 2022? Would prefer to hear from people who work currently at the firm or those who left recently. Insights on culture and work life balance? Seems like quick linkedin search shows more people staying on for the A2A promotion. Base comp leads the street at 140. Anyone know what bonuses are generally and what all in comp is for An1 and An2?

Given fintech is a growing sector, it definitely seems like a lot of deal flow is cap raises. However, they also seem to do some cool M&A sell sides too like in the Acima Rent-A-Center and Divvy Bill.com deals. Despite the memes of the company like the founder coin thing and overall bashing on this website, it seems like a solid place.

Probably not better than EB's or top BB's but how does it stack up against MM's like Cowen, Stifel, RJ, BMO etc. Which firms would you guys take FTP over?
