FTP Culture?
FTP positions continue to appear on LinkedIn. I’ve heard rumors of it being a hard culture but was wondering if anyone had details.
Is it worth the $140k salary?

Avoid like the plague unless that's your only option.
Exits aren't great either and lateraling to another bank is difficult.
Mostly capital raises, very sweat culture.
Lateraling to another bank is easy from FTP lol. There's people at BBs/EBs who came from FTP. PE exits aren't typically the best from FTP but there's some GE/VC and some interesting tech companies like Apple, PayPal etc.
Clearly bollocks above. Don't listen to those that were not able to get in.
