Fucking Up at Work as an AN1

Started as an AN1 last August and have been making some pretty stupid mistakes since joining. Seems like I'm getting more into the groove of things, but have been hesitant doing certain things (like scheduling time for my MD to chat with a sponsor) without my MD saying when works best for them. I feel like I make stupid formatting mistakes, but was wondering if anything at my level is really bad enough to get fired for?
