Full-time back office while in college -> FO after?
First post on here, I’m currently a junior at a non target school but have been working in a full-time back office ops role since after high school. I have 3 years experience including a lateral move between groups and a promotion within another. Working full time while also going to school is easily 70+ hours a week. Does the fact I’ve been working back office taint a future in the FO? Considering I don’t have my BA yet the experience, promotion and work ethic has to count for something, no? Tell me there’s hope.
