Full Time Recruiting Advice? (WF)

I am a current junior at a semi target (NYU, Mich, Notre Dame) who is an incoming intern in M&A at a consumer focused bank with a growing ib presence (think Truist, Fifth Third, PNC). I am happy with this position and would be happy to work there post grad assuming I like the work and people this summer, but it isn't my ideal spot.

I want to do REIB at somewhere like WF, but I don't know how this process really works. Could anyone give me advice about what I should be doing and when things happen in terms of applying, networking, what banks I should look at, etc.?
