Fundraising interview
I interviewed at a BB for what was advertised as a midcap M&A Analyst position a week ago, and it turned out that they are actually instead building a team focused on tech fundraising.
As my experience is mostly on LBOs and Capital Increase/growth equity transactions, are there things that I should specifically know about fundraising that is quite different from what you would see in your average M&A / PE MM deals?
