Is anyone familiar with these guys? Any insights on what exits might look like from analyst level and what their reputation is would be very good

I saw a LinkedIn posting for M&A associate 115k base.
I saw 1st year analyst make Base 65k. Damn lol.
Dark ages stuff
Would advise not to work there. Exits are virtually only LMM/ other regional investment banks in the area. I didn't enjoy my experience there at all during my time there.
- It seems like a good bank for students to intern. Seen some interns that ended up at BB/EB
Also, people were really from the non-targets of the non-targets. Besides the COO no one had legit banking experience. They were all formerly operators or investors in the LMM space.
