Has anyone applied online only and received an interview with a BB/MM/boutique? I mean no submission to campus posting, no contact person at the bank, etc., only online resume drop?

not for me. A lot of MM/boutique investment banks recruit at my school. Some BB recruit as well, but so far I have an interview with a BB which I got from a MD i know in the bank. Otherwise, I'm still waiting for responses from my OCR. I haven't heard anything back from just online applications ....yet(hopefully)
