GIC/Temasek vs BB

Anyone familiar with GIC/Temasek's program for undergrads? Would you take it over BB IB? My sense is work is more interesting since it's essentially a buy-side role but not sure if it's worth it to stick it with IB for exit opportunities. Appreciate any insights!

Thanks. I'm not Singaporean and I'm apply to the US offices. I plan to work for ~2 years and if the promotion mechanism is biased against me then I'll just leave for somewhere else. So do you think it's a good learning opportunity and leaves me options for exit?
