Goldman Sachs Early Careers
Hello, I'm a second year IB analyst at a middle market shop, and I am looking to lateral to a bigger bank. I spoke to a recruiter at GS and they suggested applying through the Early Careers program. I just got an email regarding a Hirevue due by Sunday.
A couple of questions:
Does the Early Careers program actually feed into full-time roles, or is it more just to keep a repository of potential candidates for other roles? How is it differentiated from traditional IB recruiting? Does anyone have experience with it?
