Don't stress the ChatGPT warning too much. As long as you're not copy-pasting word-for-word responses, you're fine.
They're using AI to screen the videos anyway, so they can spot obvious ChatGPT regurgitation. But using it for prep/ideas? Everyone does that, or at least I did and I was 8 offers deep.
