Goldman v. Blackstone v. BlackRock
First time post. A WS veteran asked me, "if you could be the CEO of either Blackstone, Goldman, or BlackRock, which would you want to be (differences in bonuses aside)"? I guess he was interested in knowing in what direction I think these different industries (IB, PE, and AM) are heading in the future. Curious to know other people's perspectives on this question, especially from those who are already working in the financial services industry and have an understanding of industry trends.
I'd personally be most interested in being the CEO of Goldman since it's probably the most multifaceted organization.
*deleted - unnecessary rudeness
I would expect being the CEO of GS to be more a interesting experience is all I'm saying.
CEO of Goldman. So that by proxy I am also President of the United States without being a natural born citizen.
You a fool for this one bruh
BlackRock if you want to be CEO of a future FinTech company Blackstone if you a boss
GS hands down. They influence everything.
GS like everyone else here. Unless you have a fascination for a different company for some special reason...
