Goldman's ongoing 1MDB scandal - Reputation and outlook?
Hi all, I've been fortunate to receive a couple of S&T summer internship offers in Asia(HK/SG) and I currently find myself leaning towards GS as I really liked the team I interviewed with.
Is it wise to take an offer given the ongoing scandal implicating GS's Asia offices? Will conversion chances look sub-optimal as a result? Hoping to get some advice from experienced professionals in Asia.

It would really depend on your other offers. Are they from BBs as well? Also, if you really liked the team that should outweigh the 1MDB reputation, GS is still reputable although this year more people rejected their offers.
