Good boutique healthcare shops for M&A
As someone who is interested in healthcare, I was wondering what some of the good healthcare boutique shops are? Is Leerink strong in M&A or is it more ECM?

Cowen, Piper, Cantor (in order) are all pretty well known for HC. Jefferies and JPM are also good

Cowen is def more ECM. They are working on building out their M&A and services platform so they do some deals there but it’s not as much

Leerink is stronger in ECM but their M&A side has grown a ton in recent years

how is MTS? Don't know much about it but have a couple of people from my school go there

Makes sense no prospect or intern hasn't mentioned it yet. For those in the know, MTS is one of the best healthcare players and goes up often against the big-hitters.
