Good sign or bad? Full time analyst interview process

I have been interviewing for an 1st year analyst position in a boutique healthcare focused bank. I connected with a VP alumni there who has been pushing for me internally and eventually got me a phone interview about a month ago. That went well and I did another one two days later which also went well. After that, I was asked to come in for an in person interview in their office which, according to the VP, would be the last step before I hear a final decision. There I met with three senior level banker and I hit it off with two of them but not so much the third. I did not hear back from HR for a week and assumed the worst. But out of curiosity, I sent a follow up email regarding the status of my job application. She said she would get back to me but that turned into another week of no response. I ended up sending another follow up this past week which resulted in HR saying she spoke with the team and required two additional phone interviews (with members of the group in different offices). These interviewees informed me that that I would hear a final decision next week. My question is if I am in a good spot to receive an offer based on this non traditional interview process? Any response would be great, thanks!
