i can't believe it but after 3 months of trying i've finally got a job.
they have about 60000 clients, 40 countries and over 10billion assets under managt. which is amazing for me.
what is the best way to work into IB from here? i want to make sure i get the most experience.

DeVere is a sweatshop mostly targeted at selling investments and insurance to old ladies. If you are young, they give you some good experience and some adventure - seemingly as they are based abroad.
I've seen some people move from DeVere into BB WM, but they usually stuck around DeVere for a year or two.
Not to be a debbie downer, but I sincerely wish you all the best. I have heard a lot of negative stories about DeVere, including about their dodgy CEO who is trying to become an "influencer" over doing normal CEO things. (Imagine if Jeff Bezos did what Nigel Green is doing).
I would seriously attempt to leave ASAP and go to any reputable organisation. Be it in finance, or corp dev.

Sorry to break it to you but they are wealth management aka flogging other people's products to (financially illiterate) customers. Go look at the aum for Blackrock, Vanguard, Fidelity etc if you want to see real asset manager aum...
how do you know they're illiterate? there's plenty of smaller wealth mgmt companies
devere works with goldman sachs, morgan stanley and tons of other banks. it's totally legit.
