Got an IB full time offer for 2024, what should I do?

Hi there, first time posting here so forgive me if anything wrong. I have received an offer to start in a tier-2 BB coverage team in Asia, the bad thing is that the offer requires me to start in 2024, which would leave me a blank year ahead. Some of you might argue that it's a really good opportunity to take a rest before start of my career, but here are some of my concerns:
1) I'm a bit late for A1 already, I would turn 25 this year and the feeling that my peers even boss would be younger than me it's kind of torturing to me and I don't want another year later to make this worse;
2) I want to start making money earlier and stop asking for money from my parents. I love them, but it's kinda an Asian thing :)

What do you think I should do? Should I just take my time and enjoy, or keep on applying for other banks/buyside (would anyone be hiring graduates this year?), or just chasing HR to move me earlier (but the possibilities are going down as time goes by)

Some other background: in earlier years, candidates like me would be moved ahead to start a year earlier if any hc available (which was always the case cuz people leave for better places when market is good), but from what I heard that at least 2 people that planned to start this year has already informed the bank they would cancel, yet HR said no plan to move me forward yet, which means the management has cut those 2 headcounts, but still I have little hope out there to start early this year
