Got Offer without any mention of GPA

I'm a junior at a semi-target who just landed an IB SA offer. The issue is my GPA sucks (sub 3) so I didn't put it on my resume and got the interview via networking since I know I wouldn't pass a resume drop. Now I actually have the offer and I'm not sure what to do. I never at any point in the process got asked about it but I'm assuming it'll come up in the background check. Should I disclose upfront now before I take the offer or just say nothing and hope it doesn't get rescinded

Nope, dont bring attention to it until HR brings it up to you. By that point you better have a damn good story lined up, something that makes them empathize with you enough to not make them wanna rat you out the the bankers who actually hired you because they think you’re a great fit- your GPA is honestly just a number at this point AS LONG as your story explaining it doesn’t have any red flags.

We’re there any explicit GPA minimums listed on the application? If so, then you’d probably be in bigger trouble, but you didn’t read “Minimum 3.2 GPA required” you can explain yourself out of this

So I recently got an offer for a role I thought I was not qualified for. I have a 3.0 GPA in an unrelated major and graduated more recently than my current job seems to require. I thought for sure background check would ding me. It didn't, nobody said anything about it, I've been working here and doing fine.
