Government Contracting Section8(a) Deal
I was contacted through Linkedin by a Section8(a) company to do some quick valuations and models for a decent fee (I thought to myself, easy side money). Now, the founder is contemplating an exit. Being a Section8(a), he could lose on his upcoming government contracts if the exit is not properly handled. I've had zero exposure to the complexity of 8(a) government contracting. Is there any bank with expertise in this space? Rev is between $13M-$20M and EBITDA is around 20%
