GPA conversion (Spain to US)

Human resources have just reached me after doing my 1st interview at a BB in order to get my conversion of my grades, right now I have a 84,7% or a 8,47 out of 10.

In order to convert it to a GPA (out of 4) should I just divide my grades by 10 and multiply it by 4, or should I make any other calculations? Not sure as the HR has told me to convert them.

Thanks in advance

I suggest using Wes degree equivalency tool to get the exact amount, don’t do any calculation yourself since it might be lower.
