GPA Issue…

Had a medical issue at school lingering for a semester, which tanked the hell out of my gpa so it's now 3.3. But if I didn't have that one semester it would be 3.6... for job applications some deadlines are strict 3.5+ and need to upload transcript. So I feel absolutely boned. One uncontrollable semester screwed over my entire early career chances in IB... What do I do?

You can’t change that. Put it on the cover letter or wherever else and get out and sell yourself. You can easily overcome this if you believe in yourself, network hard, and close the deal.

I’m being completely honest about my own. Not encouraging you to do this by any means, in fact I kind of regret this…but at the same time I don’t think I’d be in my shoes now if not for it.

Had a 3.5 ish and lied said had 3.7 during soph recruiting. Dropped to 3.4 and still kept 3.7. Once dropped to 3.3 changed to 3.6. Am fulltime AN1 at BB and have not had transcript checked.
