GPA on Resume Didn't Include Grades I didn't yet Receive - Am I Screwed?

I recently got an offer from a boutique IB in New York for this summer. Following this process, I realized the resume they had from me was not going to be accurate to my transcripts. I didn't receive grades for two classes at the time, so my 3.588 (rounded to 3.6), is actually displayed as a 3.51, as those classes were brutal to my cumulative. They never asked for a transcript in the application process.

I spoke with a full-time and a returning summer analyst, FT told me that he didn't think he sent a transcript in his background check, and returning SA doesn't remember. Basically, I'm getting very stressed over this, as I'm nervous my HireRight background check will be flagged and it'll cause problems for me when I do it in April. Am I freaking out over nothing?
