GPA Question for SA - am I in trouble?

I have been applying to SA this year, my applications were due on the 10th and my grades for the fall weren't out yet, so I attached my transcript showing n/a for those grades (didn't alter it at all). I didn't have a good semester and my cumulative gpa went from 3.8 (which i listed on my resume) to 3.6. My transcript shows that I had a 3.8 at the end of last year, and it now also shows that i have 3.6.

Another issue is that was expecting to get As this semester, but ended up with B/B+ after the exam, one of my grades just got revised from B+ to A-, indicating a mistake in the marking system which is possible that it also occurred for the other courses as well. I am currently in the appeal process for all of the other courses.

I now have a first round interview on Tuesday and am wondering how I should approach the situation, they will likely ask about grades. Should I be concerned about anything, perhaps background check?
