GPA Resume Rounding
If my current GPA is 3.64, but I bump it up to 3.7 on my resume, and later secure a job offer, would it be an issue if, by the time they verify my transcripts or conduct a background check, my GPA is a 3.66 (rounds up to 3.7)? Would they care that I said I had a 3.7 while having a 3.64 at the time of recruiting, despite having a 3.66 (rounded 3.7) at the time of background check? 99.99% sure I can raise my gpa up to a high 3.6 but not before the time of recruiting FT, so I'm just wondering if this is okay.
It's GPA at the time of your app. Same as if you put 3.8 but your GPA drops to 3.7, they're not going to rescind later. You definitely can't put future GPA lol
Just put 3.64 that is a totally fine GPA... you know you can't round that to 3.7, it's just not worth the risk at all
Just use one significant digit and then you can put your gpa as a 4/4
