GPA rounding- 2 decimals?
if I have a 3.85 gpa for example, can I round this to 3.9/4.0 on my resume? or should leave as 3.85/4.00? sorry this could be immaterial but just curious industry practice

Just leave it as 3.85. The GPA is just a check in the box, and 3.85 is above the minimum so 3.85 isn't going to stop you as such.
Always round to 2 decimal points to avoid potential issues. A 3.85 is already above the cutoff range so you have little to gain by doing otherwise.
