Grad school or not? Advise please

To keep story short, here is my background:
Senior from target; GPA: 3.7; major in Financial Engineering; 1 corporate banking + 1 PE internship; a couple of course assistant experiences; No FT offer right now; want to do IB or research
Here are the possible paths I could choose:
1. graduate with a BS -> network -> financial analyst or junior research say in cushman
2. grad school -> network -> IB intern
I was not that into IB in my junior year, so I didnt apply for any summer internship from OCR. I also had some IB FT interview in my senior year, but didnt get any offer based on my poor performance in the interview. Any advice? Thanks a lot
