Greenhill Caliburn (Sydney)

Hi Guys

Just wanting to get some info in relation to what I should be asking for or what base salary I should be negotiating with Greenhill Caliburn as a 1st year associate?

Also, any insight as to how their bonus compensation works would be well appreciated!

I have been told by some greasy recruiters that Greenhill Caliburn usually pays 100%, but is know to pay up to 150%. How true is this, especially in the current state of the economy? I do know that Greenhill Caliburn gets some great deal flow in the Australian market.

Please focus your replies to the questions or themes requested in my post. At this stage, I am only interested in Greenhill Caliburn.

Thanks

Greenhill Caliburn are a solid firm in Sydney so congrats on the offer. The comp structure really depends on your experience though. Were you working at a BB during your analyst years? Maybe PM me if you don't want to discuss on here.
