Greenhill doesn't really do much tech deals, Lincoln probably has a better tech deal pipeline (focusing on MM). That said, Greenhill has a much better brand/repuation + considerably better exits (even out of the SF office) so take that into consideration.
Take GHL SF, it is not even close. Both firms aren't strong in the tech space, but at least GHL has good exits and more established brand name
