GS Baboons - Has Anything Changed For The Better?

We all know D-Sol ordered everyone back 5 days a week and cut breakfast, lunch, and ubers. Aside from him reverting to the old ways, I was wondering whether 2 years of pandemic changed anything for the better?

1) Is face timing into oblivion still expected or can you leave the office at 7/8/9 and log back from home later?

2) Are people excited at all about work, or miserable that they have to be in the office?

3) Are protected Saturdays still respected or is it yet another WFH perk that's fading away?

4) Anything else that comes to mind.

Specifically interested to hear about the NY office, but others are welcome to chime in as well.
