Hey guys just an intern here, and not at GS ECM. Was just admiring how GS is lead left for space x and anthropic. I was reading how Space X IPO is gonna have a fixed price with a 0.75% fee for the bankers. Which comes out to roughly half a billion.
I was wondering with all of these major deals, what would you expect GS ECM Bankers bonuses to be like?

Impossible to say as bonus are probably tied to a performance threshold that have to be attained no matter what (basically team budget for a given year) + any performance above that. But I suppose that for 2026 budget the exceptionnal fees from these once in a lifetime IPOs were considered.
