GS M&A group
Does anyone know anything about the Goldman Sachs M&A group? Different than financing or classic, seems like they're smaller and do some activist defense. Exit ops, size etc, any insights would be helpful. How well known are they, because Goldman is kind of known for having M&A all done by coverage groups.
