Currently at one of GS/MS/JPM in the investment banking division and am looking to move to a equity L/S fund. I am talking with headhunters for a few different funds but I am meeting an individual from one of BlackRock's equity funds and am interested to know whether it would be worth the move?
I have heard BlackRock pay is below street for the buyside especially compared to other equity funds like point 72. I am worried the pay will be a lot lower than what IBD pays.
